Payment and Returns

Local Postage
Free postage for all items using Singpost normal mail unless stated.
We highly recommend customers to opt for Registered mail, it ensures delivery to the addressed party. Singpost Registered mail requires extra $2.50 per shopping cart order. An online tracking number will be provided once registered mail is chosen.
Transit time: 1 to 4 business days
*All CD will be wrap with bubble wrap.
Cash on Delivery is only limited to certain area strictly.
(SengKang MRT, Punggol MRT, Hougang MRT and Outram park MRT)
All overseas buyer kindly PM me for postage rate.
We will not cover for lost items as delivery is handled by Singapore Post. We will cover for items damaged during transit as it is our responsibility to pack it properly.
Payment
We accept bank transfer, which is the most efficient form of direct and instant payment.
We also accept paypal which requires you to pay 5% extra to the total amount.
CD will be mail out the next day once payment is received.
Returns
In any unfortunate event that your item(s) arrive damaged or are faulty, a replacement or full refund, including postage charge, will be offered.
